help with disabled ipod

my ipod is disabled. it says connect to itunes.. I try all this and restore. after 10-15 minutes it says it can't connect because ipod requires the passcode. and I look at the ipod and it is back on the screen ipod is disabled.. what do i do? i can't sync to the computer. the icloud/find is disabled and i am stuck.
